Secrecy of client information. Innerwork Advisors LLP keeps a client’s name, address, email, telephone number, and case material confidential. Disclosure is made only where a current or future law requires it. The data is used to communicate about the instruction and for the firm’s internal handling of that work.
Right to stop a service. The firm may modify, alter, or discontinue a service, with or without notice. A client undertakes to keep consultation reports confidential and not to pass them on. Disputes are subject to the courts at Kolkata only.
